Laboratory Opening Ceremony
A Milestone For Fire Safety in the UK
On the 9th of July 2026, UKTC will officially open the doors of its new fire resistance test laboratory and will mark the occasion with a live demonstration of the new furnace.
Alongside the live fire resistance test, the event will be a celebration featuring live presentations, street food and opportunities for networking with professionals from across the fire safety industry.

The event will be by invitation only and due to the limited numbers we are welcoming those interested in attending to register their interest using the form at the bottom of this page.
