The bedroom rates agreed are based on the company booking directly via the reservations team on phone or email.

If you wish to cancel your reservation you must notify the Hotel before 3pm, the day prior to your arrival date to avoid a charge.

Notification received after this time, will incur a charge equating to up to the first two nights of the reservation at the full rate booked.
