About the Role

As part of UKTC's continued growth, we are exhibiting at the upcoming Fire Safety Event
(FSE) at the NEC in April 2024. To ensure our presence stand outs, we are seeking a talented
marketing student to join our team on a paid part-time basis.

As an Associate Marketing Officer, you will work closely with our award winning Marketing
Business Partner, JACK RYAN, to coordinate various aspects of our participation in the
FSE.

This is a rare opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and strong organisational skills

Specification

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Collaborate on the conceptualisation and design of our exhibition stand to showcase

    our brand effectively.

  • Assist in the creation and execution of digital and out-of-home advertising campaigns

    to maximize our event visibility.

  • Take charge of designing and procuring merchandise that aligns with our brand for

    distribution at the event.

  • Contribute to the development of interactive digital marketing materials, including

    virtual reality experiences, to engage event attendees.

  • Plan and execute a social media calendar leading up to the event to generate excitement and anticipation.

  • Coordinate and capture photography and videography during the event to create

    compelling visual content.

  • Contribute to refreshing our corporate video content to be showcased during the

    event.


Essential Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience


• Currently studying towards a Bachelors of Arts (BA) Degree in Marketing (or similar)

• Experience in creating content & copywriting that engages audiences

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging

and effective messaging

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, & LinkedIn, etc.) and

social media management tools

• Experience with social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to draw insights

and make data-driven decisions

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a

dynamic team environment.

• Ability to write detailed briefs for our Marketing & Creative Agency for complex

work.
